All-round warning lights at crossings on light rail lines
The fact that pedestrians are unaware of what is happening in their immediate surroundings, because they are busy with their mobile phones, is becoming an increasing problem. Unfortunately, this also pertains to behaviour when passing warning lights at pedestrian crossings. Therefore, Stuttgarter Straßenbahnen AG (Stuttgart public transport, SSB) is currently testing a prototype for a new kind of warning light to attract more attention.
