A new report contracted by Europe’s Rail, the European Rail Supply Industry (UNIFE), the Community of European Railway and Infrastructure Companies (CER) and the Alliance of Passenger Rail New Entrants in Europe (ALLRAIL) shows why building a European high-speed rail network is a golden opportunity for Europe – an opportunity to both meet its ambitious climate goals and decrease its dependency on foreign energy, all while creating a better-connected Europe for everyone.
