Ansaldo STS now Hitachi Rail STS
Over the past three years, Hitachi has already made continuous investments in Ansaldo STS, which ultimately led to the full acquisition of the shares. Ansaldo STS has not been listed since January 30, 2019. The result of this transaction is the full integration of Ansaldo STS into the Hitachi Group; the new company name since 1 April 2019 is Hitachi Rail STS. All subsidiaries are following this rebranding process. jsh
