Development and launch of the TALENT 3 battery-operated train
Bombardier Transportation undertook a project with TU Berlin that resulted in the development of the first battery-operated train in Germany and Europe in 60 years. This was done as part of a development project funded by the German Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure and the National Organisation Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Technology (NOW).
