ETCS line acceptance tests undertaken by the infrastructure operator MÁV in Hungary
The cross-border ETCS (E uropean Train Control System) trackside installation on the Boba–Hodoš line is in its final stage. An ETCS demonstration run for Mediterranean Corridor-RFC 6 ERTMS (E uropean Rail Traffic Management System) group members took place on September 10th 2018. The first section of this article presents the modernisation project for the 102 km long line, while the latter section details the acceptance test methods.
