The BUES 2000 in International Use

November 2001 | Leo Gossen, Matthias Ide

The development of a new, computerized level crossing technique goes back to the beginning of the year 1990. Its driving force was the Danish public railway company’s invitation to tender. Then, regarding commercial aspects, the functional requirements requested could no longer be met with relay technique. After more than 7 years of experience and with more than 700 systems sold in Germany and abroad the realized functions are presented.
