OCORA – The European initiative for the on-board ETCS systems of the future
OCORA (Open CCS On-board Reference Architecture; CCS = Command, Control and Signalling) is a joint initiative by the DB, SNCF, NS, ÖBB and SBB national railway companies which has been set up to define the architecture and interfaces for the next generation of on-board ETCS systems. Having launched the initiative in summer 2019, the participants are now taking stock of the progress to date.
