Modern Communication Infrastructure for the “Rote Bähnli”
Switzerland's third largest private railway company Regionalverkehr Mittelland Ltd has at its disposal a transport network of 160km. In order to automate its stations and lines, a new transmission network based on a uniform SDH STM-1 infrastructure is currently being implemented.
