Identifying and Solving Line-Specific Conflicts within Disrupted Operations
This article discusses a framework for the identification and resolution of line- specific conflicts, namely, vehicle availability and reachability conflicts. The article builds on the management of localized and widespread misalignments between actual and planned operations and derives a framework that supports a more comprehensive handling of these randomly occurring misalignments.
