Maintenance contract for train control system in Melbourne
Bombardier Transportation announced in the middle of April that it has concluded a contract with Metro Trains Melbourne (MTM) on the provision of maintenance services for the train control system, which will be supplied for the new Metro Tunnel Project in Melbourne. The job is valued at approximately 77 million AUD (around 48 million EUR), it will run for a period of ten years and it includes an option for a further five years.
