The Travis metro upgrade for the operations control and monitoring system at Hamburger Hochbahn
The entire Hamburger Hochbahn AG (Hochbahn) underground railway system has been operated with a so-called “operations control and monitoring system” (SBS) since 2007. New requirements and technical developments mean that the system and many of its software and hardware components now have to be replaced. This article provides an overview of the measures that have to be undertaken during this process.
