Is Thales selling the signalling division?
Thales plans to sell its signalling business together with the investment bank Lazard. This is reported by the news agency Reuters, citing unnamed “persons”. Valuation estimates range from EUR 1.5 to 2.5 billion due to the unclear stage of restructuring and future growth projections.
