Implementation of FRMCS using a public radio network on the Finnish ERTMS test track
Finland is rapidly moving towards railway digitalisation. The telecommunication system is the backbone of this. As Finland does not have any migration issues from GSM-R to FRMCS (Future Railway Mobile Communication System), these objectives currently lie in the future.
