The 22nd International SIGNAL+DRAHT Congress
The interaction between vehicles and the track plays a decisive role in the digitalisation of LST (Command and Control System). The congress started with a general overview of this subject before going on to deal with topics such as retrofitting existing vehicles with ETCS (European Train Control System), ATO over ETCS, CBTC and the experience of our neighbouring European countries. The second day of the congress initially focussed on topics related to 5G and FRMCS, but presentations on IT security in open networks, the current status of the Digital Automatic Coupling (DAC) and the latest on the Brenner Base Tunnel project were also given....
