Stadler develops the first FLIRT H2 for the U.S.

The FLIRT H2 for the San Bernardino County Transport Authority is the latest addition to Stadler’s alternative drive portfolio. In 2024, it will begin operation in California as the first hydrogen-powered train in American passenger service. The multiple-unit train is equipped with a modular power pack that can supply electric power to a two-to four-car train.
