On-board ETCS rollout: “It remains tricky”
A further round of meetings originally scheduled for this February to coordinate the on-board ETCS rollout, in which representatives of the Federal Ministry of Transport (BMDV) and DB InfraGo were also to take part, has been postponed. This was learnt by Rail Impacts (RI) in response to enquiries from circles involved in the theme. The meeting is now expected to take place in March, they said. However, a decision on the coordination of the on-board ETCS rollout does not yet appear to be in sight....
