The challenges and solution approaches in ETCS approval and safety management
Many companies in our industry are currently involved in the ETCS rollout in Germany. As far as the approval and safety management processes are concerned, however, it looks pretty much like fig. 1 inside the heads of many of those involved. How are generic and specific applications related? Which laws/standards do we have to comply with? What are the roles? Can we use synergies?
