Siemens: Signalling for two metro lines in China
Siemens Mobility is supplying the signalling technology for Metro Line 5 in Suzhou and Metro Line 7 in Nanjing. Both lines will be equipped with the radio-based train control system CBTC of the type Trainguard MT. The lines are scheduled to go into operation in 2021. The 44.1 km long Metro Line 5 in Suzhou has 34 stations. Line 7 of Nanjing Metro is almost 36 km long and has 27 stations. as
