Long-term experience with LED signals in a digital context
After more than ten years of use, it has been shown that the degradation of LED in signal heads can be minimised through the use of design measures so that the possible period of use for LED signal heads actually exceeds their service life. Therefore, the advantages of signals with universal radiation characteristics can now be put to long-term use.
