Process design and implementation of the ETCS system development at DB InfraGO
The ETCS projects implemented to date have gained a great deal of experience in terms of approval and commissioning. The number of projects is set to increase significantly during the upcoming rollout due to the current refurbishment activities and the concluded volume contract. It is essential to optimise the necessary processes with the help of the experience gained in order to meet the upcoming challenge. This article describes this approach.
