Migration to integrated network and traffic control centres in Austria
With the implemented functional extensions of NetTrac 6613 Aramis from Thales, in the disposition improvements phase, the Austrian disposition network management and control locations of ÖBB have rolled out a state-of-the-art technology. The challenges of railway operators (more quality for end customers with lower operational expenses) are proactively approached. Other railway operators such as DB Netz AG, REFER, RHK, etc also use Aramis/LeiDis-N in their control centres and have been able to meet the rising operational requirements through permanent functional extensions and enhancements.
