RailCOMPLETE – a customisable multi-disciplinary modelling tool
For decades, the German rail infrastructure has been underfunded, modernisation has been delayed and parts of the rail network have been dismantled. At the same time, passenger numbers have risen and more and more goods are being transported by rail.
