The ETCS rollout needs a paradigm shift
The ETCS/ATO rollout will pick up speed in the medium term, regardless of the number of control units chosen to be renewed. The processes involved in the implementation projects will need to be accelerated at an extent that can only be achieved through a paradigm shift. All the players will have to adapt to any changes in the processes in order to achieve the necessary rate of modernisation.
