The iBS integrated operating system for ETCS – a big step towards digitalised CCS
The integrated operating system (iBS) has proven itself in practice and is currently enjoying a very high level of acceptance, especially among operators (train controllers). This has been largely achieved thanks to various features such as the implementation of modern window technology, the overview display and the movable zoom on a large, central screen, as well as the flexible and user-specific window configuration and day/night colour palette, to name just a few.
