Rail depot automation – three depots, one system
NMBS/SNCB (Nationale Maatschappij der Belgische Spoorwegen/Société nationale des chemins de fer belges) is Belgium’s state-owned railway company. In contrast to Infrabel which is responsible for Belgium’s rail infrastructure and its maintenance, NMBS/SNCB handles mass transit and mainline rail services.
