Sidis Workstation – a diagnostic data hub for ESTW maintenance
The Sidis Workstation (Sidis WS) has been in operation for several months now as the heart of the overall Sidis DB diagnostic system at the operations centre for the Berlin S-Bahn in Halensee. The successful installation and commissioning of this innovative system marked the completion of an important step towards efficient fault detection for the S-Bahn. The Sidis WS comprehensively monitors all the control and safety components at the sub-centres and control districts of the Berlin S-Bahn.
