Stadler restructures signalling division
The Swiss company Stadler had already taken over the Braunschweig-based BBR Verkehrstechnik GmbH with its group companies on 1 January 2022. BÄR Bahnsicherung AG from Fehraltdorf in Switzerland had also moved into Stadler’s portfolio as part of the expansion. With effect from 1 July 2022, both companies have now been incorporated into the corporate structure and renamed: Stadler Signalling Deutschland GmbH (formerly BBR) continues to produce electronic systems and components for railway technology with around 250 employees....
