An operative timetable system for automated driving

This article describes the functions of an operative timetable system which are important for automated driving in railway systems. In addition to the provision of a functional description of the system, a system overview will also be given from the point of view of an operative timetable system used in a specific customer project. Furthermore, the article also summarises the prospects for future projects using this technology.
